Shipping Policy

Here is how your SEVEN FOURTEEN order gets to you. It goes through two steps: processing, then delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed and prepared in about 3 to 7 business days after payment. Busy periods and new drops can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes about 5 to 10 business days within the United States. International delivery commonly takes 10 to 20 business days or more, depending on the destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination. We currently do not offer free shipping.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders with more than one item may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has gone into processing we cannot change the address. If you spot a mistake right away, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages) so we can make it right.
